DNF at 41%. I had such high hopes for this one, but the dual storylines were too similar to hold my interest, and the villains so stereotypically and obviously drawn that it was difficult to really believe Anita and Raquel’s feelings of being compelled by them.

DNF at 11%. While I enjoy stories about academia, it's a harder sell when the academia in question is art. There's terminology thrown around that I'm not familiar with.

I also found the characters in Raquel's timeline to be too juvenile. I felt like I was reading YA with that dialogue.

A slog until halfway; hard to see the Nick relationship play out. Surprised haunting.
