This book was a solid 3 stars for me, it took me a while to finish this book after receiving it from the author. For me the writing just okay, the characters themselves were good but I think there could’ve been more development and I felt as though there were filler chapters in places it wasn’t needed. For me this was kind of a let down after listening to “i accidentally summoned a demon boyfriend” but I think that’s because i listened to the audiobook as opposed to reading it so the lack of umph in the writing might have been lost on me. Overall a good book, looking forward to the third installment when it comes out later this year.
