So many feelings I can’t even put into words. I love Whitney so so much. I looooved the tie in from Book 1. The spice did not wait to start either, jumped right into it. I want a bonus story with all the girlies

Absolutely hilarious and action packed. This was soooo fun. Jessica had me literally laughing out loud. While book 1 was good, this one was even better! I think it’s because her friends were more of my type of folks. I absolutely loved the connection between the 2 books and how it wasn’t the stereotypical that’s my friend or sister or cousin link. I can’t wait for book 3! I’m gonna guess aliens as the next being, but idk how many books will be in this series, sooooooo 😆

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ (4/5 stars)

First off, the thing I love most about this series (Accidents Happen) and specifically this book is how funny it is without detracting from the plot and romance aspects. It strikes the perfect balance between humor, action, and supernatural spice, making it such a fun read.

I really loved our cast of characters, especially the banter—not just between the three friends (Whitney, Lena, and Jackie), but also between Domino and Jackie, which was pure gold. Their dialogue felt natural and hilarious, adding so much personality to the story. I also loved the cameos from Rayna, and how even though each book in the series can be read as a standalone, reading them all really adds depth to the world.

The romance between Whitney and Domino was well done and felt genuine. The fast pace of their relationship was explained well in a way that made sense for the story, so it didn’t feel forced or unrealistic. As promised, there is freaky spice in this book, so be sure to check the content warnings at the beginning!

The storyline itself was easy to follow but still had twists and turns that kept things interesting. It wasn’t overly complex, which made it the perfect palate cleanser after some of the heavier books I’ve read recently. I had such a great time with this book, and I can’t wait to see what comes next in the Accidents Happen series!
