The banter…the banter really made this book so fun! I felt like I was a character in this book sitting in on the kekes and the chaos from start to finish. I absolutely loved the first book and this second one did NOT disappoint! The spice was SPICY, the way Jessica brought everything together was nothing I ever could have expected and so well done! I’m over here praying there will be a next one because they just keep getting better! The laughs I let throughout this book…unmatched. All I can say is Patty Melt??? REALLY?! LOL

I had a great time reading this book! I loved Whitney as the the main character! I adored Jackie and Lena, her friends! I thought the beginning of the narrative and everything that happened in the middle were fantastic! I adored the bond between Whitney and Domino, the humor throughout the novel, and the connection to the first book. In comparison to the first book, I think this book had more connections, and I adore a good origin story! I really suggest this book and rate it a 5/5 read. Particularly, If you're looking for a good, contemporary fantasy book with a lot of Spice!!

There is so much to love about this book. The characters are relatable and hilarious. The banter and dialogue were top tier. I laughed out loud so many times while reading. The story was engaging and so much fun to go along for the magical ride.

Jessica Cage is the QUEEN of first lines! This story was even better than the first, and all the crossovers and references to it were amazing. Whitney’s friends are total badasses. The spice was top tier, and that ending left me craving more ASAP! Highly recommend reading this!

And she did it again !! If you want to be completely obsessed with a vampire and wish he was real then go right on ahead and pick this book up! Every character that Jessica writes makes you simply just want to read more! There isn’t even a side character that you won’t instantly fall in love with!
