This book is so unhinged. The banter is hilarious and there is no shortage of sexy time. You already know there are vampires, but I wasn't ready for all the other magical beings and creatures. There was more gore than I expected, despite the very clear trigger warning. These MC's have insatiable appetites and they make their way to the bedroom more than I expected. Prepare to unplug your brain and just enjoy the ride. I'm excited for the next one in the series.

Disappointed because I really enjoyed the first book, but this one is just too cheesy and tropey and ridiculous for me. The audio narrator great, though!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I Accidentally Hooked Up with a Vampire is everything I didn’t know I needed — and then some! Jessica Cage absolutely delivers with this fun, flirty, and surprisingly heartfelt paranormal romance.

From page one, I was hooked. The premise alone made me laugh, but it’s so much more than just a spicy romp with fangs — the characters feel real and their chemistry is electric. The banter? Perfection. The tension? Off the charts!

One thing I really loved was how Jessica Cage weaves in details and connections from the first book, I Accidentally Summoned a Demon Boyfriend — it made the world feel bigger, the stakes feel higher, and the story so much more satisfying for returning readers. It’s the perfect blend of fresh fun and familiar magic.

I loved how the story balanced humor, heat, and supernatural intrigue. The worldbuilding pulls you in without overshadowing the romance, and the plot kept me turning pages late into the night. I especially loved how the main character owns her choices — even the “accidental” ones — and how the romance develops in a way that feels genuine and swoony.

If you’re looking for a quick, bingeable read that’ll make you laugh, blush, and wish for your own sexy vampire “accident,” look no further. I can’t wait to see what Jessica Cage writes next — I’m definitely hooked!
