Really enjoyed the book. Kept me hooked.
Super realistic characters, even tho none of them were likable as it was supposed to be,
Maybe except for paul, I liked paul.
5 stars.

This was mostly just a book about really rich white people taking a very extravagant summer holiday in a beach town where they all own beach houses. The main premise is that they’re all miserable and cheating on each other.
Then there’s a death thrown in there that all these characters are somehow “tied to”, but in the end - it’s very anticlimactic. The author tries to throw in a last minute twist, but it’s a wash at that point.

At first I thought it would just be a mindless beach read, which it was, but after I finished it kinda just felt like a waste of time. If it hadn’t been a library book, I’d be more disappointed.
