It needed to be that little bit longer. With the other books in this series I didn't really feel they were rushed (the ones I've read so far anyway) but the end of this is just like they sleep together and problems solved. It was great up until then.

I'm being sort of generous with my rating.
This story had one of the most annoying MCs I've ever read. Sunshine was egocentric, assholeish, judgmental, ignorant, childish and over all pain in the ass and definitely didn't live up to her name. I can't see what Cole ever saw in her - or any of the men...

Thank God I got it for free!

A sweet if somewhat implausible novella.

Sunshine comes from a wealthy family but feels unable to ask for their assistance IN ANY WAY. When her partner and boyfriend turns out to be a lying cheating sleazeball who took all her money and then denied being partners with her, Sunshine is relieved that her Aunt Cecily left her a restaurant in Chance Creek, Montana. She moves to Chance Creek ready to open a vegetarian restaurant.

Unfortunately, Aunt Cecily's restaurant turns out to be a gun range. Not only that but she has also made promises to the tenant, Cole. In her will Cecily stipulates that Sunshine and Cole wil have to share both the property and the one bedroom apartment above it for a period of three months. If either of them spends more than one night away from the property they forfeit their rights to the property. At the end of the stipulated period whoever has taken the most money - restaurant or shooting range - will get the lease.

Could two more unlikely room mates be conceived? A pacifist, vegetarian woman and a meat-eating gun toting man. Yet soon the sparks are flying.

This is one of those romantic comedies that should be a train wreck, but it turns adorable! Its a great novella to start the series! Happy Reading!
