Logan is the pack's reclusive rock star, pouring his emotions into his music and holding everyone at arm's length. Vivi/Anna/Viviana was his childhood best friend and high school sweetheart until he abruptly left her without explanation and broke her heart.

Vivi is back in town as a newly-graduated reporter to get Logan's first interview when a new and more dangerous story presents itself. Of course, as a reporter she chases the potential story and is thrust headfirst into a world that she never knew existed.

At the end of the day, the book is about making the hard choice between safety and love. Opening your heart to another opens the potential to pain, but a supposedly safe life without love is like a painting without color. Can Logan set aside his protective feelings and let Vivi into his dangerous world? More importantly, will Vivi/Anna open herself to potential heartbreak and a scary new world?

This book was very well-written and included other members of the pack that I've come to know and love from the other books in the series, plus ones we didn't really get to know before (Madison!). I already love the series, but I think that this is the best book yet. I loved how real the main characters were- in their heartache, feelings of chemistry, and uncertainty in themselves.

I was honored and lucky enough to get an ARC in exchange for an honest review but plan to buy the book once it comes out.

Logan is a wolf shifter and a rock star. He and Vivianna/Vivi/Anna, a journalist, have a history together. They were childhood sweethearts and in love as teens until Logan stood her up for the prom without explanation. He broke both their hearts. Fast forward five years, and Anna wants to interview Logan for Rolling Stone. The spark is still there between them, but Anna can't get over the fact that Logan is still keeping something from her.

In the meantime, she has a lead on a big story. She doesn't know that it's a very dangerous story.

Anna gets an up-close, personal, and violent demonstration of the existence of shifters.

Logan lives in a sometimes dangerous, violent world of shifters. Anna's human. Can she accept him as he is?

...

Its fun to see Logan as a famous rock star. It raises the coolness factor of the book. The book is also full of suspense, with three antagonists at various places in the story. And the heartbreaking dark moment just might bring tears to your eyes. The ending appropriately brings us full circle.

I can't wait for Logan's brother's, Luke's, book. He's the last of the pack to find his mate.

ARC provided by the publisher in exchange for an honest review.

Like the others in this series there is action, adventure and romance. Logan is a werewolf and the lead singer/songwriter for the Howlers. Though he is loyal to the pack and always comes when called he stands alone and lonely. Now we find out why. Vivianna Lopez. Anna stole his heart when he was just a pup but she is human and he doesn’t want to bring her into his world of danger. But now she is back and he doesn’t know if he has the strength to let her go again.
I adored these characters. Strong yet flawed and very real. Blue Moon is a terrific addition to this sweet, sexy and dangerous series.

I received an ARC of Blue Moon through NetGalley.
Blue Moon is an action packed romance about a second chance at love.
Viviana and Logan were childhood sweethearts, then he did the worst by standing her up at prom.....then didn't talk to her again.
He had a secret he didn't feel he could tell her, so he left to pursue his music. But as much as he is in the public eye. he keeps him life private. He can't let them know he is a Werewolf, it would put his pack in danger.
Viviana is trying to get in with the Rolling Stones. It's important to her. She is sentenced to get an interview with the very man that use to be her sweetheart....Logan. The thing is, he doesn't do interviews. So she finds an alternative, a dangerous story about Government Defense Contracts. Viviana is in danger. Will Logan come to his senses and save her?
