So glad that I decided to reread a bunch of Shakespeare now that I’m old enough to better understand him. I can see why this is his most famous work!! So cleverly written and emotional. I love!!

I can easily see why this book is a classic. Though everyone has heard of this story and knows how it ends, the romance is still captivating and dramatic. The conflict between the two families has tragic consequences. The pairs' love monologues are also masterful. It was a quick read, and certainly not disappointing.

A quick read on audiobook- I enjoyed the audiobook and felt that it was easy to listen to, it was also helpful that there multiple narrators.
