Jo moves to London to look after her poorly Uncle Wilbur's stationery shop. While there she meets some interesting characters, Erik the Viking, Ruth the Runaway Vicar and Malcolm.
A really lovely feel good story that I thoroughly enjoyed.

i loved the setting of the book and the little town the shop and people were so vivid feels like it’s capturing the human existence
the stories about each person in the shop were like little charter study’s and insights into life as a whole so normal people era

sally page more like sally ronney if u told me this normal people first draft id belive u

friendship was such a beautiful and strong theme and was the highlight of this book friendship is the true love and purpose of life

i fell like this book met me in a time i needed hope for fresh starts

the love angle felt slightly under done only thing not giving a 5 i fell like it was abit un needed would have loved a book just about friendship the romance feels random / out of place here
