I was privileged to read this book during its final stages of creation. It is breathtaking, brilliantly woven together, and a fantastic window into teen mental health and all that comes with it.

You have to read this book.

This book has beautifully explained how important it is to not act on the urge to make things okay always and just to be. It was difficult for me to understand Caddy first, like her sister said she was steady and full of empathy, but it was interesting to see how she was brave and saved Suzie in the end.I have cried two times reading this book. It was mostly because of how at worst moments tooo Caddy just understood and got the emotions so perfectly.

My God, this book. Even after the first few chapters, I loved how much it revolved around the friendships between the characters. It was beautifully written, and constructed with impact. Not to mention everything that came after. These characters were as three dimensional as you could ask for. And it appreciate that not everything has a happy ending.
