I’m not a fan of Daisy, it took her 3 years and O’Jek to push her into being a helpful part of the tribe and that’s just ridiculous to me. Sure O’Jek kinda facilitated it but I’m more surprised Liz let it go on, she’s usually more abrasive about things.

Meh-I was kind of bored with this one especially after the last two books.
I understand why the author decided to go after Daisy’s beauty because that is what she focused on instead of being a more active member of the tribe-and my guess is that it was done to show her that its what’s inside that matters and give her character growth but it just fell flat for me.
I thought we were going to get to explore what Daisy proposed in the beginning of the book and I wanted to see if it would work and was kind of excited to see instead of resonance but I guess not.
I was pretty bored and for being the second to the last book in the series I was hoping for something more.
