This book is emotionally hard to read. But the character development and exploration of character flaws is impeccable. Some may say Nesta is unlikeable, I think she is deeply flawed and stuck in a cycle of hurtful coping mechanisms. Incredible read, if you struggle with disliking yourself and your behaviour, this book will be relatable and a journey. So much I could say.

Enjoyed this thoroughly. Took me a little longer than the others in the series to read, but really loved the character development and the theme of friendship and healing <3 (also totally loved the smut, of course)
The fourth in the series. This time the book is focused around Nesta and Cassian and how Nesta finds her place in the Night Court.
What I liked about the book:
- There was chapters of some of the main characters, not just Feyre
- Didn't just cover war again
- Very female empowered book
- Friendships were well written
- Enjoyed the romance and it balanced well with the story
- Came to like Nesta as a character
- Well written
What I didn't like about the book:
- Far out it was massive, I found it really hard to hold whilst reading and was switching from ebook to physical book to keep myself comfortable
