A fitting sequel and conclusion. I hope Voya's life is smooth sailing from now on or at least the bumps are not catastrophic. It's been quite the journey she's had to face and so young at that. A powerful story and sweet and tragic all at once, like life itself.

Just as immersive and breathtaking as the first book in this duology. I was on the edge of my seat the whole read. There is no reading one chapter and putting this book down. I read the last 130 pages in one day. Always a joy to read something where so many of my interests can fold together into a beautiful thick book.

Not going to lie, I was not expecting to love this as much as I did. But the stakes were high and I was invested! I will say that it DID do some weird things with the conclusion/explanation of some things. buuuuut I was happy at the end, and HOPEFULLY those weird things wont be an issue upon a re-read (cause that might lower the rating a little bit). Right now I am happy with a 5 stars cause this is basically a new fave!
