It was fine. Just okay.
Way too long unnecessarily. Too cheesy.
Had no clue who julian was. Too many post credit scenes to this book. Wasn’t invested in the stalker thing nor the family drama nor the mole in harpers business.
Loved having the gang all together and liked the couple enough to struggle through their repetitive emotional turmoil but AT WHAT COST?! It took 2 months to get through all their bull****

This nearly ended up been a DNF but so glad i pushed on. I strugfled with this whole series not sure if its because i read the king of sin series first or not. But damn the book ended up bringing tears to my eyes christian and stellas love just made so much sense the heart ache the tragedy jait made there story work so well. Also loved how Ana tied up the epilogue at the end where we got to see how they all ended up4 years down line over all perfect series

Not gonna lie, this was way too long and stretched out for my liking. I thought there were parts that were unnecessary and would have been better without. I would rather stab my eyes with a fork than to read about Stella’s family again. They were really getting on my nerves! It must be nice to be able to go on month long vacations! Especially with the hot CEO Christian Harper. I love a good “she changes him” trope and I was so thoroughly convinced he would have changed for her since the beginning. The banter between the four men who are in love with this group of best friends never ceased to make me laugh so hard. This series ended with things wrapped up perfectly and I’m really glad I gave this series a chance.

Twisted lies…😩I don’t what it was but it was definitely a slow burn. I feel like the book could’ve been shorter and more about Christian and Stella I feel like it featured so many people and it was repetitive in some parts. I loved Stella’s character development and her new found confidence. I loved how Christian would do anything for her. The ending was unexpected but it made me love it even more 😩🥰.

this was good but a bit long. i liked the 3rd act conflict tho. “whiskey eyes” was a bit over done. the epilogue was the best
