Ehhh, maybe this one just wasn't for me. This was also my first time listening to an audiobook so maybe I just didn't love the narration. I found the whole jumping between perspectives/time periods didn't really add much to the book. The writing also felt a bit too "flowery" at times. There's nothing about this book I actually disliked, but there's also nothing about the book I actually liked.
The little pun at the very last line of the book was cute though, not cute enough to merit reading the whole book, but cute.
