The only thing Knox Morgan deserved in this book was the Judas Cradle for both him and his purple headed leader.

It was a very slow start and I am looking for something a little more fast paced right now. I hope to get around to reading it one day.

Enjoyed a lot more than expected. Pretty much hooked from chapter 1, coming off the tea that is Naomi and Tina's lives. And Knox was a surprise hit, I wasn't sure at first but then he won me over with his begrudgingly feminist actions, lmao. And Waylon, I would die for her, must protect at all times. Knockemout has got its hooks in me and im looking forward to the other couples!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Loved this book so much - great tension, not just romantic, but also from a family aspect! Knox cares so passionately, even if he doesn’t always say it. Naomi has such a big heart!

☑️ Small town romance - love when the whole town pitches in
☑️ grumpy x sunshine
☑️ protective MMC

i fucking hate Knox and how posessive he is. Especially by the end. He breaks up with Naomi and yet doesn't give her the space she needs and is pissy and whiny that she wants to avoid him? And then he didn't ask her to marry him, no, he demanded. He didn't let her tell him she loves him, he forced her to wait. And when he broke up with her he blamed that on her because 'he told her not to expect anything' while HE WAS THERE, CARING FOR HER. ACTIONS SPOKE LOUDER THAN THE WORDS (though his words to Naomi were shitty too). The only reason i'm giving it this high rating is the background characters: Nash, Sloane, Lucian (I really hope there will be a third book about them, I'm very intrigued!), and Waylay. I hate Knox so much, he's such a misogynistic pig who controls everything Naomi does.
