A good follow-up to the first book. It's interesting how much I've forgotten about it! Very enjoyable to read it anew.

Great book, but narrator did the most annoying voices. Added verbal sound effects every few paragraphs. While I'm sure it was meant to be more engaging and immersive, it grated on me and I barely finished the book.

I just wasn't as engrossed by this book as I was by the first. I found I cared less about what happened to the characters. Even when deaths occurred. I finished reading this just to get through it. Not the best reason to be reading something. I won't be reading the third book for a while.
