I just adore him and miss his stories so much. Listening to this audiobook was both delightful and heartbreaking.

Oh, I love him. I can see myself turning on the audiobook in the future just to hear his voice when I need the comfort.

Holly buckets! I LOVED this audiobook! Leslie Jordan narrated this book, which was the best thing ever! I loved listening to his voice and hearing the emphasis he put on the different stories he told. He lived his life out loud, and I wish we had more years of him doing so. I will recommend this to everyone I can (the audiobook).

Leslie was a GEM of a human. So interesting, his stories. I laughed and cried. I was driving, so I listened to the audiobook version, but finished up in the print book. He is gone TOO SOON. What a joy through C-19 pandemic. Truly, we've lost a bright star.

I’ve long loved Leslie Jordan. He always made me start smiling before he even spoke his first word in whatever scene he was in. There was always something wonderful about him that made me incredibly happy to watch his character come to life in some unpredictable way. His memoir is no different. I was lucky enough to listen to his memoir while Leslie Jordan narrated each of his stories. He has such a way with words and explaining things that it kept me glued and it often felt like I was chatting with an old friend. I highly recommend his book and all of his southern charm, humility and grace that comes with it.
