This was a harder read for me for some reason. I couldn’t connect to Camila nor Matias as well as the previous four characters. 

But I enjoyed their relationship and story nonetheless. I think my issue here was how this is clearly a BDSM relationship, but there’s no safety or boundaries. Like Matias explicitly says that they weren’t going to have a safe word and that made my skin crawl.

I also felt so confused and left in the dark like Camila in regards to Matias and I think that’s partially why I couldn’t connect as well. Cause I felt frustrated and wanted to be in the know.

I'm giving this 4 stars because I am really enjoying this series, but it is not for everyone! There are loads of triggers in this series, and the premise is dark AF. This is the third in the series, and there are some very difficult and dark themes. If you find yourself intrigued, go back to Deliver and start with that. These books should be read in order.
