This book was good but the ending was really difficult and seemed out of left field. I would have liked to have known what became of the other suspects also.

I go between 3 and 4 stars for this, so I’d truly like to give it 3.5. I had a sneaking suspicion who the father was based on behavior, but the big reveal was a sad surprise, as well as CW’s side story. There were times when I couldn’t wait to get back to reading this and there were times when I wanted to be done with it because something in the writing annoyed me.
Wow so many twists and turns, I was hooked to this book!

This story that I both read and listened to on and off was one of the best fictional detective cases I have read in a long time
Each character every one so unique, well described ,and developed ,enriched the story more and more.
If you are looking for a great detective story that is extremely realistic and filled with lots of twists and turns you will really enjoy this one.
