I like this author’s writing style, but I really hated the trope she decided to use in the end.

I wanted to love this, it started off so well. The twist in the middle ruined it, when coupled with the sloppy ending that provided very little resolution. Like, what actually happened to the characters?? Dropped off and seriously thought I accidentally skipped chapters somehow… disappointing.

It was just ok. It includes a lot of characters with many POVs in 2 different points in time, at times it’s a bit confusing and causes things to drag. I found the ending to be sloppy and coincidental.
