This book is filled with inspiring stories of ways young people have spread kindness by helping others, starting organizations, etc. The stories are written and the audio is read by members of Lady Gaga’s foundation. If you want to be inspired by the power of kindness, definitely pick this one up!

This isn't a book that I'd normally pick up, but I was gifted it, so I decided I'd read it. Over the past year I've read a bit at a time, and honestly, it's such a feel-good book. It's wonderful to read about all these individuals and organisations doing great things in the world.

Sort of a "Chicken Soup for Kindness" with each chapter being a very short, personal retelling of how someone expressed kindness through something small or by building an entire organization. I'd probably recommend the print book more as skimming is easier rather than the audiobook. But I took away a few good inspirational ideas on how to just slow down and add kindness to my day.

This book is infinitely inspiring! I loved it and I love the concept of channeling kidness. A second of your day can mean everything to another person and we should always remember it.
I would’ve loved to see stories from international people, too! Kidness is global, not just in the US. I think that’d be a great idea for a next book :)

To be honest I don’t remember 98% of this book. Most of it went in one ear and out the other. While listening there were a few stories that gave me pause but nothing that was Earth shattering.
I think I should have read a physical copy and read just one story here and there. I might have absorbed and appreciated it more.

I have always loved Gaga's music and I think she is an inspiration to so many. This lovely book of memoirs is wonderful.
She fights for so many things that really we shouldn't have to fight for in this day and age.
I can relate to her in some ways as we both have the same disability and I know the struggles that come from that.
An inspirational book from an inspirational women
