Nonfiction: cool. Fine book reviews, with the one for "Under the Pendulum Sun" being clearly better and more analytical. Barbarians & Philosophers was an interesting essay, it helped me see the genre in a new light. The interview was good! I would've read it for longer with more in-depth answers.

Fiction: not that cool. "Like a Curse" felt like a weak Weird West story that should only be the end of a longer work, not something standalone. "The Heavens Fall" felt too similar like what Claire Stevenson wrote in CRWR 120 Intro to Writing Fiction last fall. And "Black City Shadows" stood well alone, I guess, but had a sort of D&D slant that I couldn't run with.

So, 6/10. But a nice mag, if expensive probably because it is having trouble scaling up and is Patreon-supported. I just wish there was deeper stuff. Read it in two hours or something.
