stellyshadows's review against another edition
2.5
First of all, the narrator for Cass is very robotic like and it really leaves no emotion really so that’s a downside for me. The whole cheating jealousy and stuff is just really the normal “suspense” and “domestic” for me I was really hoping for more through this book but this was lacklustre for me. I did enjoy it enough though but it was hard to keep up with, also the pacing was weird to me. It was pretty alright but nothing spectacular, no hate. Thank you NetGalley and Dreamscape Media for this audio.
Moderate: Infidelity, Stalking, and Toxic relationship

How far will a scorned woman go?
Cass finds out from an email that her husband is having and affair and with one of her own employees of all people. At what lengths will she go to prove she’s the victim and the mistress is the real psycho. Will she go to far and loose perspective on what truly matters and cause herself to be found guilt in a murder investigation?
Thank you to Netgalley for this ARC and ability to read this book. I thoroughly enjoyed this book although I do think it drug out a bit to much and the true “guilty party” was a bit obvious. However, I didn’t see the big twist at the end which was a plus in my book.
