I do blame a part of this rating because of my book slump. But this would was just okay. Ivy was cool, Aiden was too. That’s really it, good story.

I honestly can’t believe I read this to the end. This book is giving misogyny and like trying to give trauma but it undermines itself, idk. It kinda felt like it was written by a 40 year old man trying to understand a twenty something woman and her problems. I would not be suprised to find out that celeste b. is the pen name of some old white dude. 1.5 stars for being my entertainment for a couple of hours.

Was trying out a football romance and I found this on TikTok and decided to try it out but it’s a little way too slow for me and it’s all over the place I had to keep rereading to make sure I was understanding what was going on and also I haven’t felt any chemistry between the FMC and MMC :/
Maybe I’ll revisit it later on and try to finish it.

I actually hated the self harm, sexual assault (more oe less) and broken home parts but liked the rest of the book a lot that’s why i give this 3 Stars
