I read this just for enjoyment purposes and it was alright, I thought it was pretty good. I’m not the biggest fan of sports romances because I don’t understand sports and majority of the talk in the book is all about sports so that I didn’t enjoy the most but overall it wasn’t bad

I tried with this book, I really did. I just feel like I couldn't connect with the characters and I just got really bored at times. I would definitely try this again, but for now, I have way too many review copies I need to read and so many books that are on my TBR this month that I can't spend my time on something I'm not enjoying entirely.

This was a nice surprise for me. I was really captured by the story and blew through it. I didn't expect to devour this in one day but I found the second chance childhood setup really compelling.
The focus was more on their relationship and not too much on football which was also nice.
