The book that started the craze! My favorite book in the Twilight saga by far. There's something about this story that makes it impossible to put down! In this first book we meet all the major players and Bella and Edward begin their romance. My favorite chapter is the one in which Edward reveals what happens to his skin when he goes outside in the sun (I reread it when I finished the book). The only thing that really irks me about this series is that the bad guys are pretty weak villains. Overall, worth the read, even if just to understand what everybody's raving about!
Now I know what all the fuss is about. This story created by author Stephenie Meyer had me from the first chapter. Stephenie Meyer has created a great love story for the ages. Move over Romeo and Juliet, you have competition!

You know this isn’t a great book. But it isn’t the worst book. I understand why it was a rage and it is the most 2006 thing I’ve ever read in my life.
