This book is surprisingly sexy for a story about a woman grappling with an eating disorder and deep seated mommy issues. Also funny. And weirdly spiritual? Lot packed into Broder’s sparse prose. For some reason the last page made me tear up.

The author discussed heavy topics in a light, funny way which made this an easy read. I enjoyed seeing Rachel’s character development as the story progressed. This book reads like a campy show/movie that would be out during the 00s. I liked it
