although it was quite triggering, I still enjoyed this book. It helped me notice some issues I hadn't realised I had.

This is definitely a triggering book for sensitive readers, but I loved it. I was grossly fascinated with the disordered eating and meal planning, and found Rachel’s broader story of relationships and longing overall super interesting. Rachel isn’t a super likeable character, but you can’t help but root for her anyway.
