Alienation is a fabulous thrill ride! Full of excitement, emotion, and aliens, it will keep you entertained from page one to the end! If you love quirky and humorous, then you need to pick up the Starstruck series!

Oh man, this was exhilarating! It was hilarious, emotional, and brilliant! I have been dying waiting for Doctor Who to come back, and Alienation has satiated my hunger for the moment! It had everything I loved about one of my favorite shows, and had S.E. Anderson's unique style and personality taking center stage!

This one was so much better than Starstruck, and I gave that one 5 stars already! Alienation saw the return of our favorite space traveling alien, but also turned the focus to the lovable, quirky Sally! I really learned a lot about Sally and how strong she is. She was so brave and yet, still had a vulnerable side that snuggled up next to her witty humor and sarcasm. She used her head and followed her heart, and kicked ass along the way.

I could not have predicted the wild turns this ride took, either! Man, it was good! The story paid homage to several popular fandoms, all while keeping its originality and whimsy. It was daring and fascinating, and still managed to bring to light important issues of equality, inclusion, and the importance of humanity and friendship. If you haven't read Starstruck yet, I highly recommend buying all three books because the first two were so addictive that I am dying for the next!

That was CRAZY!!! But a good kind of crazy :D
Poor Sally needs an 84 years long break after just two-three days of "fun" xD

A great sequel, very fun to read. LOVED all the geeky references and all the different alien species and the worldbuilding (literal, since we only saw one world xD) *chef's kiss*

I was given an ARC of this in exchange for a review.

I found this to be so much better than Starstruck. The pacing was so much better and I was so glad it didn't take nineteen chapters for things to start happening.

Without giving too much away from this story since it's not out yet, this story picks up right from the epilogue of Starstruck and brings us back to the story of Sally Webber, Zander, and Blayde. What starts off as fun and relaxing trip to a far off planet for Sally, quickly turns into anything but fun or relaxing.

The ending was kind of abrupt and left a lot of loose ends. I'm not sure if there will be a third book in the series or not, but if there won't be, the ending left a lot to be desired. Overall, I enjoyed Alienation a lot more than Starstruck and I'm so glad I pushed through the first book so I could experience this one.
