This was my favorite of the series! It had really good build up and kept me engaged nearly the whole time. It did get to be a bit odd towards the end though. I don’t know if I’m quite on board with the Walt/Anubis thing—especially ‘cause I was Team Anubis 4 eva. But I’ll just have to be okay with it like Sadie.

It was a really great end to a series though. I enjoyed it!

 good ending to the series. sadie and carter developed well over the series while maintaining their quirks. both of them got their love interests, but the walt/anubis thing was crazy.

This book was quite good, and I don't have any tangible reasons to rate it any less than 5 stars, but something about it just wasn't as captivating as the second book.

Still a great series. Rick Riordan can't miss
