This book is proof that you don’t need over the top action or plot twists to write an effective thriller/mystery. The characters were fun and dimensional and the plot was quick enough to support a relatively straightforward story. I felt like it dragged on a little longer than I would’ve liked and there were a few points where there were one too many loose threads to keep track of, but the way that everything came together in the end was extremely well done.
karen m. mcmanus i love your books so much!! this was such an amazing read. the cliffhanger though.. would 10/10 read another book with these characters!! also i love when other books get mentioned in other books its just a silly little fun thing to add! i did not see any of the twists coming at all.

A fun, quick read with murder, mystery, and a little romance. I enjoyed the main characters and the premise, it got to the point right away and continued to build along the way. There were a lot of moments of feeling like things were about to be revealed, just to pivot to another theory. There were a lot of layers and suspects which made it fun trying to solve along the way, but I didn’t find the ending to be at all shocking. Still, I love how captivating McManus’ books are and how easy they are to dive into.

I thoroughly enjoyed this book, and more than I thought I would. I don’t read thrillers very often at all but Nothing More to Tell was engaging throughout the whole book and was very bing able. I want to read more of Karen M. McManus’s books and hopefully she could be my new favorite thriller author. I was NOT expecting that ending but it was a very satisfying ending for this book and I loved it.
This book was a fun mystery- I’ve loved Karen’s writing for years, and was excited to read this one! It was fun, and a quick and easy read:) 3/5 stars
