When Agnes moves to a new school she sends out invitations to a tea party. Each invitation says, “You, plus one” are invited. When Dave from next door shows up Agnes sends him home. He tries again and again. Agnes soon learns that kindness has its own benefits.
Good social emotional book for smeller kids.

A sweet, quirky picture book about Agnes, whose tea party invitation (for girls only) lands in the hands of a boy and his... unique plus ones. Every page is a delightful surprise. This is a funny storytime read about inclusivity and unlikely friendships.
