Short story feel and bits reminded me of poetry. Not super spicy. I typically hate when authors go too into detail about scenery or characters, but I felt character development could’ve been stronger. I didn’t feel dedicated to the character as I have for other books. More like I was just watching the story play out in black and white. Had there been more development in characters I would’ve asked for a sequel.
