I enjoyed my time with this book. I did think it was slow at times. But I loved the banter and character development. Grumpy sunshine is always a fav trope of mine.

THIRD ACT BREAKUP COMBINED WITH MISCOMMUNICATION TROPE I WILL END YOU. ahem. on that note. the way they warmed up to each other over time was actually really cute and soft and i didn’t mind the dual pov. i enjoyed myself. other than my least favorite tropes thrown in there but it was very fun and light and worth my while.

I was shocked when i’d begun the story because i thought that it was about humans, not shifters but once i realised what the story was about it was very simple and predictable (in a good way tho). The amount of sex and knotting was a bit too much, but i am always ready to learn something new such as the omegaverse.
