Read it in school, like most people. Didn't think it was amazing but didn't think it was awful. I'm not a massive Shakespeare fan though.
J’ai sincèrement adoré cette pièce. Je pense que le fait d’avoir vu et adoré l’adaptation de Baz Luhrmann avant a sûrement pas mal aidé. Ce qui est certain c’est que le texte est magnifique omg les mots de Shakespeare pour exprimer un amour aussi fou c’est divin.

I found it unforgiveable, in high school when I was asked to memorize page after page of "Romeo and Juliet". However, years later, I admit it makes me smile that I still remember these lines... word for word, indeed.
Watching my freshman year English teacher break out a "bam bam bat" we could pretend to stab each other with was the highlight of my life.
