Im in complex feelings about this book. I was on edge all way the book until the ends, it really made me happy with ending? yeah. It really made me confused? also yeah. It felt like the plot twist was forced. But I wont deny i didn't devour this in less than a day. Definitely not my favorite but not my worst.

I felt all the characters' despair, hopes, desires. Tegan's survival battle, Polly's turmoils, Hank's love for Polly. I felt like i was in 2010's thriller/horror movie.

For me the book ended the way I would like. But plot twist was so unnecessary. But Tegan calling her baby a Tuna and the short convos she made with her baby warmed my heart! 🥹

I would say give it a shot!

Very slow paced for a Freida book, but it was interesting enough to keep me reading even through this busy weekend leading up to starting a new job. The book went pretty much as expected with a few small twists at the end. Not much to write home about, but I also didn’t dislike it. The ending was interesting, not totally sure I loved it but I didn’t hate it either lol.
