Christopher Ruocchio I also like Dune and The King Killer Chronicle.

Maybe a bit over long and there's several more equally long ones to come. I liked this and all read the rest but not right away.

Name of the Wind in space. Not as poetic as Rothfuss but carefully chosen words for sure. A dramatic and philosophical tale of epic proportions.

Enjoyed the overall story, I'm in a red rising hangover though so I don't think I enjoyed it to the fullest extent that I could. I believe this is a series I will come back to at a later time.

Slowwwwwww start to a series. Great world building, pace picked up towards the end. But boy was the first 80% slow. Interesting enough characters and world to make me curious about the second one and how it's paced.
