I really enjoyed this second installment in the Bloodwing Academy series. At first, it felt a little familiar—similar to a few other books I’ve read recently—but by the midway point the story took a turn and found its own path. I loved the balance between plot and spice: there’s definitely heat, but it never overshadows the actual storyline, which kept me hooked.

I’ll definitely be picking up book three when it releases in 2026—the ending left me curious to see where the characters and world will go next!

Ahhhhh! The drama, the action, that ending! I was on the edge of my seat the whole damn book. Can’t wait for book 3!
