A fantastic book on the topic of separation of church and state. The book basis the majority of it's examination of the issues on concepts originally put forth by John Locke and John Stuart Mill, as well as existing case law in several countries. The issues covered include:

- Religious Impositions and Endorsements

- Religious Freedom and Freedom of Speech
I highly recommend this book to anyone with an interest in this subject matter or who is concerned about the theocratic leanings of some modern political establishments.
