Lost interest. Was enjoying it well enough. The concept of calling the precursor animals for various mammalian biological features "Eves" was a little twee for me, and became irritating after a while.

The beginning of the book was incredibly interesting and captivating, closer to the end of the book not quite as much for me. A wonderful read nonetheless that I would highly recommend.
