Rare case of wishing I’d read reviews before downloading. Wow, what a depressing book. The author tries to make Katya sympathetic but she’s basically pretty evil. And what hospital staff encourages a person with memory issues to jump into the (weirdly willing) arms of a random woman??

I received an advanced copy of this book.
Liam is facing a mid-life crisis and heads off on a planned hike to rest and reset. He kisses his wife and kids goodbye and steps on the plane. While traveling an uncommon moment of spontaneity hits him and he decides to head in a different direction for a quick ski trip. The next thing he knows, he wakes up in the hospital with a leg injury and no memory of what happened or who he is.

Liam's family is understandably panicked when they cannot get ahold of him. Their search expands, and they find him - but now he is in love with a newer, younger woman. What happens? Will his memory return?

Poor writing, repetitive story and unrealistic encounter that was poorly executed.

His other woman was a heartbreaking story about love, relationship, marriage and second chances.
From the beginning, I had a feeling that this will be one of those raw stories that are still taboo in some ways because nothing is as easy as it looks like when coming to life decisions and what one stands for.
Middle life crisis is always interesting to see how it can change a person and this book shows it in full power.
Heartache, family drama but also lots of love that always wins , that’s how I would summarise this story.

His Other Woman is a story of what if situation which completely derails the lives of Liam, Alanda and Katya. What starts as Liam's solo trip to get over a major loss of his life turns into a completely life changing trip. Katya is a very interesting character who has secrets of her own and you definitely need to read the whole novel to know what they are. Though I really didn't connect with any of the characters it was not a bad story at all. Not a thriller but interesting story and ending.

When a book can keep me awake into the wee hours of the morning, tell yourself we have a winner.
I loved everything about this book, especially the twist at the end. I really couldn't believe what happened. The main characters especially the husband Liam will have you feeling very sad at some points. My heart truly went out to him in the end. Katya (the other woman), well I had her back until... (I won't say much here cause I want persons to read this).
What I can say is that this story was a really touching and believable tale of marriage and how even the strongest of marriages can have turmoil.
Great story.

This was a great find on Netgalley.
