Huge thank you to Netgalley and the publisher for allowing me to access an advanced digital copy in exchange for an honest review!

Warning: this graphic novel is erotica and contains sexually explicit material meant for ages 18 and older!!!

First off I absolutely loved the art for this collection, the colors and the style are just eye catching and I love the character designs.

I think the overall plot and idea is really intriguing especially if you love the twistedness of Black Mirror. However, the series does, in my opinion,  fail to capture any sense of horror or tension. This isn’t a new concept nor is it executed in a new way, which might not have been such a problem had Llovet taken this story further or gave the characters any further personalities outside of their main roles in the story. The character all APPEAR interesting but are entirely flat and are feel as if their only purpose to move the story along instead of actually being what the story is about.

I gave this a three star rating as I feel it reflects the quality of the work; beautiful art paired with a mediocre but not terrible plot that left me going "huh" and no other significant thoughts or feelings about the experience.

This book was an interesting look at how much control social media can have over our lives and how quickly things can go wrong. Though this showed the very extreme end of this it did feel like something that really could happen especially in an enclosed setting such as a college as in this book. I felt the art style matched well with the story though it wasn't necessarily to my personal taste. This book was very explicit which I didn’t expect though this can be attributed to not doing any personal research on this title, though I do feel that the cover art and blurb from my edition could have made this clearer as it was definitely a surprise. Overall I enjoyed this set of graphic novels and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for speculative fiction that really did feel close to current life events with some horror twists. Thanks to NetGalley for the eARC of this publication.

When a new app 'Crave' offers the students of David's school the opportunity to satisfy their cravings, the school jumps on it with dire and potentially fatal results.

I absolutely loved the art style in 'Crave' and Charlotte, Albert and Sofia in particular felt like such visceral characters. The premise is fascinating and the execution gripping.

admittedly it did feel a little fast-paced and the stakes didn't feel as high as they could've. Overall I enjoyed 'Crave' and would read again.

*** Thank you NetGalley and Image Comics for the arc in exchange for an honest review! I’m incredibly grateful! ***

So I wouldn’t say this is not enjoyable, but you have to squint to find the plot under all the raunchy sex scenes. I’m all for the sexiness and darker parts to it, but some of it took away from the story in my opinion. Crave’s characters are very one note, but I still found myself liking a few of them. Sofia, Albert and Julie are the best of the lot!

This is a quicker read, but even then I felt it lacked the depth it needed and wrapped up so quickly that I needed to go back and make sure I understood it properly. The way this is marketed is on point, yet I still feel a little let down.

First, the art in this is beautiful.
Second: this is a wild story. Modern day dystopian with social media taking over big brother style.

It starts out with just encouraging people to be more daring in asking for what they want, but it quickly gets out of hand. Suddenly everyone is having sex with everyone else wherever they are, but that quickly ramps up to violence.
A group of friends, some of which were unknowingly working in this project before it was released as an experiment, get together to bring this app down and try to save their friends. Trying to get past the mob like riots in the school the have to break into the server, crack the code, and erase the app and all of the data it collected on everyone.

It takes an active experimental look at how influenced the modern age is by an algorithm and an electronic box (phone). It was entertaining, the art was stunning,
