No Sex, No romance, but also not too much suspense. Something was missing, a certain "je ne sais quoi".
Maybe it tried too hard.

Just like the previous Robert Hunter books, this is such an excellent read. Nail-biting and the plot was brilliantly thought of.

The first book in this series was somewhat intriguing, the fourth only further proves the formulaic, lazy approach to storytelling. I could swallow it as yet another strangely comforting series with reliably predictable characters and stories but I draw the line at nearly identical scenes and plot twists. I’m yet to discover a crumb of personality in any member of the returning cast.
