I almost stopped reading this book as soon as I picked it up. It opens with a very sexually graphic description of a teen child by a teen child (who is narrating) in the first few pages. I found this unsettling and distasteful, which really set the tone for the rest of the book. There aren't many redeeming qualities to the male MC, not the mention the strange fetishization of mental illness in one of the male MC's lackeys. All in all a very uncomfortable read, would not recommend this one.
