I loved this series. I finished the last word of the last epilogue as my shift ended, and I left work with a big smile on my face. The whole trilogy was both a delight and full of anxious tenacity. I just want every single character in the last scene to live the happiest lives.

I would absolutely throw in for a series after this that follows what happens in the realm now that what has happened, happened.

Such a fun little trilogy with so much depth and unexpected twists!! Super easy to read and follow without to much world building but also a ton of detailing and magical premise
LOVED this series, not nearly as much romance as it’s hyped up to me but as long as you know that going in the romance is amazing but so very minimal and slow-burning and fantastic

[2.28.23] i read this in one sitting the first time and didn't properly process everything that happened but now reading it again, i truly think this is the best book in the trilogy. i was shaking and crying by the end and then i read cardan's letters and i started throwing up like "my heart is buried with you in the strange soil of the mortal world as it was drowned with you in the cold waters of the undersea. it was yours before i could admit it and yours it shall ever remain." LIKE ARE YOU JOKING...
