I wanted to like but it wasn't that good. The relasionship between the main characters felt forced.

3.5 Stars!

This was definitely a tad bit better than the previous book. The plot still wasn’t developed enough for my liking. Peter was supposed to be this evil character that Hook had to stand off with, but I was more interested in the relationship between Tink and Hook. We got to see them interact in previous books so I was looking forward to a book where we got to see their banter first hand. This book definitely didn’t disappoint in that area. I loved that both of them had their guard up, but it took a fake marriage for them to realize that they truly needed each other. It was sweet, much sweeter than I anticipated. And the steamy scenes were hot. I mean extremely hot especially the one between Tink, Hook, and, Gaeton. My goodness that had me fanning myself. I’m definitely going to continue with the series but I hope that we start getting a little bit more plot development in future books.

Ooh Tink and Hook! Once Hades throws Tink out on her butt after her contract finishes, Hook scoops her up for a marriage of convenience. Since Peter is a lingering terror in both of their lives, Hook wants to gain the upper hand to end him once and for all.

Tink is prickly and perfect (and plus sized!), and I seriously loved her! Hook is very good too, Katee Robert sure knows how to write 'em!

Well, the series becomes addictive. Despite the story being unfolded in the exact same way as the “Desperate Measures” does, but it’s still interesting. Hook is a sweetheart and Tink is belligerent bunny, love them. Also, it’s nice to read about different body images and get the acknowledgment that it’s also can be sexy.
