The timeless classic from Dr. Seuss, there's no commentary I can add that hasn't been analyzed or thought of beforehand, so I will just add that yes, this book is still great, and yes, Dr. Seuss has amazing flow, style, and drawings that still hold up so many years later.

Jon gave me shit for rating this, but like… who wouldnt want recommendations based in this classic? Narcissistic Anarchist Cat Wizard with a hat completely trashes a family home by summoning THINGS and disappears without a trace. Overall, would read again, to a kid or just by myself.

Nice children book of rhymes. Only the Czech translation sometimes lacks originality and the right rhyme. But the illustrations are beautiful.

I got told that I am like Dr. Seuss and honestly I didn't know any of his books and just recently watched The Grinch for the same reason. I write poems and I must say they are just like the rhythms in this book. Since I like my own poems I liked the writing style of this book too. I wished I would have known sooner about this author, he seems to be to my liking.
