Arranged Hearts

This book was actually good. I had more laughs in this one than the other books. First of, I liked how the author made Adora have a twisted background to give it more oomph. It definitely had a lot shocking moments. If you want a different feel from the other books where the female character and the male character hates each other, you will not get it from here. All of the books from the series has enemies to lovers. Its just this book and Joey’s book has arranged marriage and a bit of force proximity trope as well.

Joey and Adora's books are by far my favorite.
This one definitely throws many curveballs.
Everything isn't as it seems, but when are
things ever that way in this series.
These two fell hard even after fighting it.
They are tested in many ways, but they can't
fight what is right in front of them. There's
betrayal, necessary lies, and a bit of deceit.
There's also growth, understanding, and an
even better show of love. Loved & highly
enjoyed it.

Arranged Hearts is the 6th book in the Chained Hearts Duet World and is the second book in Joey and Adora’s Duet.

This book starts where Reckless Hands left off. I love this dark and twisted story of Joey and Adora’s relationship.

Arranged Hearts proves you can have your HEA after all the things this couple went through.

I love this author's books and as always I really look forward to seeing what is in store for the next book! There is no hint as to what T.L. Smith has coming up next.

Just take her back!! We’re bored

Omg this book was the icing on the cake. I freakin loved Joey so I was excited to read book 2 of Reckless hands. but this book had me mad one min and sad the next.

After that heart pounding cliffhanger in Reckless Hands I couldn’t wait to get my hands on this book.
And it certainly did not disappoint.
Joey and Adora’s story is emotional and tugged at my heart.
The sadness that both felt was overwhelming for them.
Because sadness is a result of a deeper emotional.
I felt for Adora the choice she had to make is instinctual for a mother.
Joey took her decision as a personal rejection.
Both are hurting and their hearts are in pain.
But still their passion overrides the pain. And those moments are intense until the pain comes back full force.
Their lust is like a magnetic force that just brings them together even when their mind rebels against it.
Joey is a complex character. His job/life style makes him dangerous, ruthless and no second chances.
But his heart and soul are connected and bonded to Adora and that has him in a conundrum.
‘ When I look at him, I see him for what he truly is-ruthless with a heart of a gold.
How can the two exist together within him?”
Adora was a doll. She owns what she feels and acts on them. She never loses hope.
Her personality isn’t complicated but her life is one big ball of complexity.
I loved these two.
But for them to find their happiness they did to forgive and heal.
And I absolutely adorned Jerome.
I hope in the future Joey changes his mind about having children because he would make one hell of a father.
